SpicyGen Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate of SpicyGen ("we," "us," "our"). By joining the SpicyGen affiliate program ("Program"), you ("Affiliate," "you") agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"):

1. Enrollment

To enroll, you must complete and submit the affiliate registration form on our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Commissions

We offer a 30% lifetime commission on every valid customer referred through your unique affiliate link who makes a purchase on SpicyGen.ai. Commissions are calculated based on net revenue generated by referred customers after deducting refunds, taxes, and chargebacks.

Payments are made monthly via the payment method you specify.

3. Promotion Guidelines

You are permitted to promote SpicyGen using ethical and lawful means. However, you explicitly agree not to:

Run Paid Advertising: You may NOT use paid advertisements on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or any other advertising platforms using keywords such as "SpicyGen," "NSFW Video Generation," or any similar terms that directly target or reference SpicyGen or its services.

Mislead or deceive potential customers in any way regarding SpicyGen or our services.

Engage in spam activities or unsolicited communication that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of these guidelines will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account, forfeiture of any pending commissions, and permanent exclusion from the Program.

4. Fraudulent Activity

We strictly prohibit fraudulent activities, including but not limited to:

Sending fake clicks or artificial traffic

Creating fraudulent orders

Using bots, automated software, or any deceptive means to generate commissions

If fraudulent activities are detected or suspected, your affiliate account will be immediately terminated without notice, and you will forfeit all unpaid commissions.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotions and remove any SpicyGen affiliate links.

6. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Program. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpicyGen from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your promotional activities.

8. Relationship

Participation in the Program does not constitute an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or any formal affiliation with SpicyGen beyond the scope described herein.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpicyGen operates, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

By participating in our affiliate program, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
